    General Manager ERP is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role plays a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across various departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.ERP Strategy and Planning and communicate the ERP strategy aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

    Collaborate with executive leadership to define the ERP roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
    • Stay updated on ERP industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

    2. ERP Implementation:


    • Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


    • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and project management activities.


    • Coordinate cross-functional teams.

    3. System Maintenance and Support:


    • Ensure the ongoing stability and performance of ERP systems.


    • Establish and enforce best practices for system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.


    • Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for ERP system administration and support.

    4. Data Management and Integration:


    • Develop and maintain data governance policies and standards.


    • Oversee data integration efforts to ensure data consistency and accuracy across ERP modules.


    • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

    5. Business Process Optimization:


    • Collaborate with business units to identify areas for process improvement and automation.


    • Customize ERP configurations to meet specific business requirements.


    • Monitor and report on KPIs related to process efficiency and effectiveness.

    6. User Training and Adoption:


    • Provide training and resources to ensure effective ERP system usage.


    • Foster a culture of user adoption and continuous learning within the organization.

    7. Compliance and Risk Management:


    • Ensure that the ERP systems comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.


    • Identify and mitigate ERP-related risks, including data security and system failures.

    8. Budget Management:


    • Develop and manage the ERP budget, including project costs, licensing, and maintenance expenses.


    • Optimize spending while maintaining system performance and reliability.

    9. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:


    • Maintain relationships with ERP vendors and third-party service providers.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align ERP initiatives with their needs.

    10. Reporting and Analytics:


    • Leverage ERP data for insightful reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.


    • Implement and maintain business intelligence tools for data analysis

    Experience

    • Over all work experience 18+ years in similar field
    • In-depth knowledge of ERP software, including modules such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
    • Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
    • Proven ability to align ERP strategies with organizational goals and drive business transformation
    • • Extensive experience (typically recent 5+ years) in ERP system management, Project implementation, and support.

    Qualification


    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
