Job description
Your responsibilitiesResponsible for driving and managing Master Data Management (MDM) services for Customer, Vendor, and Bank master data globally. Ensures efficient execution of services, adherence to compliance standards, and continuous improvement of processes. Manages multiple SAP instances and provides technical expertise in SAP Master Data and integration.
Drive end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) service delivery for global operations.
Create and maintain master data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Business Partners, and Finance data.
Perform data validation and de-duplication activities to ensure data integrity.
Support master data change requests and manage the workflow approval process.
Ensure strict adherence to thyssenKrupp data governance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for master data-related issues.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the Central TkIM team.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of master data requests across multiple SAP instances.
Monitor service performance and implement continuous process improvements.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP Master Data Structure, SAP MDG, and SAP S/4HANA.
Leverage experience in SAP MDG and S/4HANA integration (highly advantageous).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex master data issues.
Oversee external validations and ensure compliance with Sanction Party Screening requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for regional teams and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and data standards to support governance and operational excellence.
Service efficiency and SLA adherence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
Accuracy and compliance of master data across systems.
Successful management of multiple SAP instances.
Your profile
xperience managing multiple SAP instances.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Good communication skills in English. German proficiency is added advantage.
Education:
M.Sc. Computer Science or MCA.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in MDM and SAP systems.
Experience in Shared Service Center environments.
Familiarity with European working style and business practices.
Knowledge of external validation tools and compliance processes.
