- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Proven experience as an MEP Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems
- Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements
- Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of MEP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of MEP projects within budget constraints
