Our client is part of a of a multifaceted group housing several companies offering a diversified portfolio of services. They are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Technology Leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to allocate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and resolve any resource-related issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations before final delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation to facilitate effective project management and communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learnt, areas for improvement, and best practices to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years Project Management in the Software industry. PMP Certification is a plus.
• Prior experience working in React and Python technologies will be a significant plus
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
