    Join our client (A gaint prodcut based sector) as L&OD Director in Bangalore (Kalyani Magnum) or Hyderabad

    Lead the setup of OD and drive change with 15-22 years of experience in OD and L&D. 70% focused on OD redefinition, 30% managing L&D team. Report directly to CHRO with a budget of 60L to 70L (includes 15% variable).

    About the Role:

    Lead comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with strategic objectives. Drive cultural change, enhance engagement, and promote high-performance ethos.

    Responsibilities:

    Formulate and execute strategies supporting company goals.

    Assess organizational effectiveness and implement interventions.

    Partner with HR and business leaders for workforce planning.

    Direct performance management and employee development.

    Provide managerial coaching and support for organizational development.

    Analyze impact and continuously improve development interventions.

    Collaborate with Learning and Development to address training needs.

    Stay updated on best practices in organizational development and talent management.

    Drive culture change initiatives and promote a supportive work environment.

    Requirements:

    Master's in HR, OD, or Psychology from a reputed institute.

    5+ years in leadership roles with progressive L&OD experience.

    Proven track record in designing and implementing successful programs.

    Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

    Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable impact.

    Ability to foster a positive work environment and act as a subject matter expert.
