    ELDAAS Technologies is a leading provider of state-of-the-art Product Engineering capabilities, specializing in serving Defence/Aerospace and other industries. With 14 years of experience, we have expertise in Short Range RADARs, RF sub module design, Communication Systems design, Embedded hardware/software development, FPGA solutions, and electronic manufacturing services.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Embedded Software Engineer located in Bengaluru. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for programming, software development, debugging, and software design. You will work on various embedded software projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology solutions.

    Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience.

    Location: Bangalore

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, verify, and deliver high-quality firmware for our cutting-edge products.
    • Lead and engage in robust technical discussions with engineering and product teams to deliver resilient and robust designs.
    • Coordinate with the electrical engineering team for hardware bring up and verification of new designs.
    • Collaborate with software and mobile development teams to define and implement functional interfaces for wireless communication devices.
    • Develop low-level peripheral drivers essential for board and application bring-up.
    • Analyze and optimize firmware to enhance power consumption efficiency for battery-operated devices.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in firmware design and development, with a strong background in embedded systems.
    • Expertise in writing low-level peripheral drivers and optimizing firmware for power efficiency.
    • Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly, specific to embedded system development.
    • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols and interface standards like SPI, I2C, and USB.
    • Working experience on MPSoC from AMD and x86 from Intel architectures.
    • Working experience in Linux, preferably PetaLinux.
    • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), microcontroller architectures and embedded software architectures.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex hardware-software interaction issues.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
