- Conduct trials at our customers plants to demonstrate Value Proposition of our enzymatic solutions.
- Provide and demonstrate cost benefit to secure business by working closely with the Sales Managers.
- Troubleshooting at plants to support customer expectations.
- Build strong connection and business relationships across all levels with our customers.
- Lead Technical part to customize solutions for commercial launches.
- Proactively work with various internal stake holders such as Sales Managers, Application team and Channel Partner to provide optimized solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Support Sales Team in developing Key Account Plans and execution.
- Provide feedback to Application team regarding current and future needs/expectations of customers in the market, to help Application team to develop new products to stay ahead of the curve.
- Create future market scenarios to identify current and future customer needs leading to New product and Application opportunities.
- Provide training to Customers and Channel Partners in products and applications.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Alcohol Tech, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of proven track record in Technical Services, R&D, Application role in Fermentation Alcohol Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Grain Alcohol industry.
- Knowledge of the Carbohydrate Processing industry will be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of Grain Alcohol manufacturing process and plants.
- Aptitude to assimilate data & perform analysis to create scenarios, ability to develop new approaches to test solution, comfortable in asking questions.
- Flexible approach to realign with the changing needs of organisation as well as customers.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skill.
- Meticulous, self-driven, tolerance for ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to work in matrix environment with different business leaders and cross functional teams.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, at least 50% within India.

Your Focus
As Technical Service Manager, you will front the Technical services portfolio for customers to help establish business growth and market share in the Grain Processing (Grain Based Alcohol and Carbohydrate Processing) industry.
The role will see you providing insights and collaborating with the Application team for present and future customer expectations, to support product development and new product launch in the Market.
The role is Gurgaon, India based and will report to South Asia Sales Leader, Biorefinery.
