- Overseedaytoday operational activities of the accounting outsourcingcompany.
- Ensure smooth and efficient servicedelivery to our clients.
- Coordinate withthe US based team on workloads andtechnology.
- Plan monitor and analyze keymetrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensureefficient and timely completion oftasks.
- Collaborate with executivelevelmanagement in the development of performance goals and longtermoperational plans.
- Develop implement andmaintain best practices for operational processes and procedures toimprove efficiency and productivity.
- Ensureregulatory compliance maintaining records for the Chennaioffice.
- Manage relationships with keyoperations vendors.
- Coach and develop the teammembers.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or relatedfield. An MBA or similar relevant field will be anadvantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in anoperations management role preferably in the call center accountingor finance industry.
- Strong knowledge ofoperations management accounting and financial principles a plusbut not required as these terms can betaught.
- Demonstrated ability tolead and managestaff.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with current cloudtechnology
- Excellentcommunication skills in English both verbal andwritten.
- Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions based ondata.
- Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguityandcomplexity.
