    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Overseedaytoday operational activities of the accounting outsourcingcompany.
    2. Ensure smooth and efficient servicedelivery to our clients.
    3. Coordinate withthe US based team on workloads andtechnology.
    4. Plan monitor and analyze keymetrics for the daytoday performance of the operations to ensureefficient and timely completion oftasks.
    5. Collaborate with executivelevelmanagement in the development of performance goals and longtermoperational plans.
    6. Develop implement andmaintain best practices for operational processes and procedures toimprove efficiency and productivity.
    7. Ensureregulatory compliance maintaining records for the Chennaioffice.
    8. Manage relationships with keyoperations vendors.
    9. Coach and develop the teammembers.

    Qualifications
    1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or relatedfield. An MBA or similar relevant field will be anadvantage.
    2. Minimum 3 years of experience in anoperations management role preferably in the call center accountingor finance industry.
    3. Strong knowledge ofoperations management accounting and financial principles a plusbut not required as these terms can betaught.
    4. Demonstrated ability tolead and managestaff.
    5. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with current cloudtechnology
    6. Excellentcommunication skills in English both verbal andwritten.
    7. Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions based ondata.
    8. Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguityandcomplexity.
