Position Overview :

As a Technology Manager at Inspire Infosol, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.Net, MVC, .Net Core, MVVM, Angular/React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Graph, Rest APIs, SQL, AWS, and Azure.

Key Duties :

• Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to crossfunctional teams, including software development, data science, IoT, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of enterpriselevel applications, ensuring scalability, security,and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to identify technology trends, emerging tools, and platforms that can enhance our products and services.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of technology frameworks, tools, and platforms to optimize development processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead and manage a dynamic development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Drive the design and implementation of mobile applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Maui.
• Architect and develop desktop and responsive web applications using .Net, C#, PHP, Python, Java, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular/React, and Nodejs.
• Implement crossplatform development and responsive design principles for enhanced user experiences.
• Provides the leadership & structure to ensure technology solutions are accurate, ontime and meet the needs of business and customers by managing resources, coordinating projects, and participating in the Agile ceremonies with the development team.
• Leads through examples on complex development tasks. Tackles the most complex development tasks.
• Leads code review activities and responsible for approving code in the workflow.
• Reports on team and individual effectiveness using KPIs and standard Agile sprint metrics. Performs continuous improvement activities around the metrics.
• Empowers the team to be Agile and to use Agile best practices.
• Calculates and enters time for Enterprise Project Management resource planning.
• Leads task estimation work, ensuring estimates are as accurate for project and backlog work.
• Ensures solutions are resilient, scalable, and performant.
• Ensures the right level of documentation is produced for all project work.
• Works with Application Admin team to schedule releases. Creates Change Requests to support team deployment activities. Leads release activities.
• Prioritizes support requests. Ensures timely resolution.
• Responsible for oncall issue escalation.
• Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue management systems (e.g., Jira) to facilitate collaborative development.
• Ensure the adherence to mobile and web security best practices throughout the development process.
• Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
• Lead and guide successful software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving, leveraging strong analytical skills to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, promoting innovation within the team and aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
• Provides day to day leadership to ensure the team understands and executes the goals set out by the agile team.

Project Planning and Management :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives.
• Implement project management methodologies to effectively track and manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address potential issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Team Collaboration and Leadership :

• Foster a collaborative environment within the development team, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
• Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a balanced workload for team members.

Stakeholder Engagement :

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including client/company business leaders and product managers, to understand requirements and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Quality Assurance and Testing :

• Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Collaborate with testing teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly.

Budget Oversight :

• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.

Continuous Improvement :

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the development lifecycle.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team.

Service and Product Industry Alignment :

• Understand the specific needs and challenges of both service and productoriented industries.
• Tailor technology solutions to align with industry trends and requirements.
• Ensure that technology initiatives contribute to enhancing both service delivery and product development.

Risk Management :

• Identify potential risks associated with technology projects and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Maintain a proactive approach to risk management, addressing issues before they escalate.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to create contingency plans for critical project components.

Client and Customer Satisfaction:

• Collaborate with clientfacing teams to understand client requirements and expectations.
• Ensure that technology solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.
• Provide regular and transparent reporting on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of handson experience and demonstrated expertise in software development.
• Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native, Flutter, orMaui.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing responsive web applications using.

Net, C#, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Nodejs.

• Familiarity with crossplatform development and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue management systems (e.g.,Jira).
• Understanding of mobile and web security best practices.
