JobPurpose

We are looking tohire EngineerArchitectural

This jobrole is to ensure execute Architectural Engineering activities(Concept Front End Engineering Development Technical Study DetailDesign).

KeyAccountabilities:

TheEngineer Architectural who will beresponsible for but not limitedto:

• Preparation of design deliverableswith consideration for applicable codes &standards.
• Prepare specification technicalevaluation Supplier documentation review and expediting withSupplier.
• Perform calculations applyingArchitectural engineering principles techniques procedures andcriteria for Ship Building designs.
• Interfacewith other departments to reflect the as ondate input from otherDepartments as applicable.
• Maintain therequired technical quality of work.
• Identifyscope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change ControlProcess.
• Ensure that designs comply with therelevant codes standards regulations andprocedures.
• Attend Factory Inspectionreports.
• Progress monitoring and adherence toscheduled completion of engineeringdocuments.
• Capture all changes / modificationsin the deliverables that have been intimated by project prior torelease of deliverable.
• Ensure appropriatechecking & review of all documents / drawings beforerelease at any revision status.
• Attendingproject review meetings.
• Coordination with theother Engineering disciplines Customer andSupplier.
• Ensure Supplier documentationreceived on time.
• Control of Quality ofengineering documents regarding Quality assurancebasis.
• Ensure compliance to HSE policies andprocedures as applicable.
• Ensure compliancewith all applicable information security policies&procedures.
• Responsible for changemanagement & risk identification related to own assignedactivities.
• Propose design improvements andlessons learned.

Who weare lookingfor

Education:

• Bachelorsdegree in Architectural Engineering orequivalent.

Experience:

• 39 years experience in engineering design department of any offshoreShip Building or ship building industry EPC contractor and/orConsultant.

ProfessionalQualifications (Certifications &Accreditations):

• PreferredAny additional certification / courses in Engineering AutoCADanalysis software 3D modelling / courses in ArchitecturalEngineering.

Competencies(Knowledge Skills &Abilities):

• BasicEngineering knowledge in the respectivediscipline.
• Awareness in international codes& standards maritime regulations and classrules.
• Knowledge onAutoCAD.
• Ability to cooperate within amultinational environment.
• Good communicationand presentationskills.

Languages:

• English.(Mandatory)
• Arabic / Others (desirable)
