Job DescriptionAs a Senior Odoo Developer at Thoughtlogik you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Odoo based solutions for our clients.

You'll work closely with our project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Odoo modules and customizations to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide estimates.

Utilize strong technical skills to customize and develop Odoo modules based on the specific needs of the organization. Ensure that the developed solutions align with industry best practices and meet quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations.

Stay current on Odoo development best practices, tools, and technologies.

Requirements


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience developing and customizing Odoo applications.

Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

Experience with PostgreSQL database.

Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Odoo certification.
