Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the UI/UX design space.
  
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  
• Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, attentively listening to their wishes and concerns.
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our UI/UX design services and products.
  
• Create regular reviews and reports, analysing sales and financial data to drive strategic decisions.
  
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  
• Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, addressing and resolving client complaints or objections.
  
• Collaborate closely with team members to optimize collective performance and achieve exceptional results.
  
• Solicit and gather feedback from customers or prospects, and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Associate Business Developer or in a similar role within the UI/UX design industry.
  
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques specific to the UI/UX design field.
  
• Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and the design industry.
  
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
