    We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Randstad India.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Finance functions to develop and maintain key performance indicators, project financial controlling, and business planning. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a robust internal reporting system for the Finance and Sales teams.
    • Support the Operations team in preparing the Monthly Performance Review deck.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving and margin improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze business processes and provide statistical data to inform business decisions.
    • Work with the product pricing team to standardize the pricing process and maintain accurate data repositories.
    • Provide financial controlling and costing services for projects.
    • Participate in automation projects and utilize Business Intelligence tools to improve efficiency.
    • Extract data from ERP systems and other business management tools to create internal reports.
    • Maintain relationships with various business functions across the country.
    • Support the submission of Annual Business Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Finance Partner in a Multinational company.
    • Previous experience in Manufacturing/Trading Industry, particularly in machinery, capital equipment, and building material companies.
    • Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
    • Strong MS Office skills, with expertise in managing large data sets, presentations, and business analytical tools.
    • Ability to plan and manage time efficiently to achieve optimum effectiveness.
