    Overview:

    The role ofan International US Customer Service Voice (Retention Support) iscrucial to our organization as it involves providing exceptionalcustomer service to our international customers with a specificfocus on retaining their loyalty to our brand. This role plays avital part in addressing customer concerns identifying their needsand ensuring overall satisfaction to support our customer retentionefforts.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handle inbound andoutbound calls from international US customers to assist withretention support.
    • Provide personalized serviceto understand customers needs and proactively address any issues toretain their business.
    • Develop and maintain adeep understanding of the companys products and services toeffectively support customerretention.
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customerexperience.
    • Use effective communication skillsto build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers.
    • Escalate complex issues toappropriate channels for effectiveresolution.
    • Document customer interactions andfeedback to identify trends and improve retentionstrategies.
    • Adhere to performance metrics andcontribute to the overall team goals.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends and customer service best practices toenhance retention efforts.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in arelevant field or equivalent workexperience.
    • Proven experience in a customerservice role preferably in a voice supportenvironment.
    • Fluency in English and one or twoadditional languages such as Spanish French orGerman.
    • Strong problemsolving skills with theability to think on your feet and find effectivesolutions.
    • Exceptional communication skillsboth verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitaskprioritize and manage time efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Experience using CRM systems andother customer service technologies.
    • Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding customer retentiongoals.
    • Ability to adapt to change and workeffectively in a diverse teamenvironment.
    • Strong attention to detail and acommitment to delivering highquality customerservice.


    Minimum1 Year Experience of Customer Service Voice with big brands onpaper is mandatory with excellent English communication Skills
