Manager/Senior Manager - IT Efficiently analyzing, designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructures and products.

• The candidate should possess strong product knowledge in O365, SAP, SFDC, Farvision (ERP), collaboration tools, Cloud computing, and domains.
• Expertise in infrastructure, including networking, routers, firewalls, VC connections, printers, EPBAX, and physical security (access points and cameras).
• The candidate should ensure that all implementations are completed within budget constraints and meet the required quality standards.
• Should have a strong knowledge of asset management and ticketing tools.
• Should be taskoriented and ensure that tasks are properly assigned, monitored within the team, and completed within the specified time frame.
• Should have a strong proficiency in documentation.
• Should have strong negotiation skills
• Providing support to end users for any queries and actively contribute to the development of the team's technical knowledge.
• Preparing IT budgets.

Note :
The work location will be the Corporate Office at Nariman Point and the role involves travel to Site office which is in Kandivali
