Job Title: Telesales Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Mohali

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our sales team and contribute to achieving our sales targets. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, or schedule a meeting with our sales representatives. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to inform them about our products or services using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales activities
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Good time management skills
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
