JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a skilled Web Manager who, along with our excellent software development, infrastructure, and security teams, will be responsible for managing both the organization's online presence and a team of developers.

This role involves overseeing website development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of web technologies and digital marketing principles.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite and Development Management:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of company websites, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality web experiences.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for website development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Track project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability throughout the development process.


Technical Expertise and Innovation:

Stay abreast of emerging web technologies, development frameworks, and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's digital strategy.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and methodologies to improve development efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the development team, empowering team members to explore new ideas and approaches.

Manage and support DevOps principles.

Proficiency in web technologies such as
