Job Title: Sales Manager-Jewlery Industry-Delhi
Job Responsibility
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the jewelry industry.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline, focusing on long-term relationships with jewelry retailers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to B2B customers.
• Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments and servicing all retail jewelers who are part of the business programs.
• Source information from all stakeholders and maintain proper MIS, delivering weekly and monthly reports to the management team.
• Attend trade shows, manage company and associate booths, and generate leads to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain a proper database of jewelers and follow the processes of the sales pipeline.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
