    Position Title: Healthcare Recruiter

    Location: Noida - Onsite

    Type: Mid Level role

    Job Description:

    As a Fresher Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill healthcare-related positions within our organization or for our clients. Your primary focus will be on attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of various healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and medical offices.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates with the desired qualifications and experience in healthcare.
    2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and compatibility with job requirements.
    3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, either in person or via video conferencing, to evaluate their suitability for specific healthcare roles.
    4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
    5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process, including adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
    6. Applicant Tracking: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
    3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals.
    4. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Basic understanding of healthcare terminology, industry regulations, and job roles within the healthcare sector (training will be provided as necessary).
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software is a plus.
    7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and industry changes.
