- Heading the HRBP team in regions across the country reporting into the Head HR at SPAR.
- Ensuring close coordination with operations team, regional teams and all other functions to drive all people related initiatives and improving the overall satisfaction level of employees across organization.
- Heading and engaging the human resources of the frontend teams with responsibility of their recruitment, training & development, career progression & retention.
- Adherence to annual budget and for front end employees across Hypermarkets in the country and ownership of the store manpower cost as per the defined metrics.
- Responsible for managing end to end life cycles of 2000+ front end employees.
- Driving key front end employee initiatives, bringing execution efficiency and collaboration with operation team to build true business partnering
- Collaborate with the management team to define manning strategy to improve the overall serviceability across stores
- Design key SOP's to bring execution efficiency towards all people related initiatives and building people excellence across.
