    Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer will be responsible for services delivery at all the designated clients sites, keeping data, analysis, reporting, and all the reviews with client stakeholders. The job includes technical services at all the client locations as per the set process and financials.

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the National Head for Engineering Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations and maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair and maintenance and other related activities for our clients' facilities across the country. This role entails driving revenue growth, profitability, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), building strong vendor relationships nationwide, team management, and P&L management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Engineering service business, optimize operations for client facilities nationwide, aligning with organizational goals and profitability targets.
    • Profit Margin Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase profit margins through cost-saving initiatives, efficiency improvements, and revenue-generating services, while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
    • Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance requests and work orders, meeting or exceeding SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ticket closure and turnaround time (TAT).
    • Vendor Network Expansion: Build and maintain a robust network of reliable vendors and service providers across all regions, negotiating favorable terms and agreements to support maintenance activities and minimize costs.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a national team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • P&L Management: Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for the Engineering services business, including budget development, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, serving as the point of contact for all maintenance-related matters, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests proactively and professionally.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to ensure that maintenance activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
    • Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to analyze maintenance data, track performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
    • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and risk mitigation across the national O&M team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in Technology in any Engineering preferably electrical.
    • Proven work experience as a Technical role for Pan-India or in a similar role within the facility management services industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent Coordination skills with all functions to meet the desired outcome to serve the client better.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
