Core Skills&Responsibilities
TeamManagement:
Will be responsiblefor Coordination with Sales Product Management Inside SalesSolutions Technical Finance and Purchase teams
CustomerManagement:
Own a defined set of Accounts from the assigned regionand should establish relationships across account hierarchy. Adoptsolutions sales approach with a clear mandate to drive POCs anddemos as necessary. Proactive collections plan for timely recovery.
Vendor Management:
Should coordinate with the focussed vendors and position multipleproducts with customers based on their need and strategies
Events andMarketing:
Should support execution of Events with respect toidentifying right customers and prospects for the event obtainfeedback and create opportunities
Learning and SkillDevelopment:
Target multiple sales certifications and showcaseability to continuously upgrade and learn newer technologies
Reviews &Reporting:
Weekly team reviews; Weekly manager review. Reports tobe maintained and updated on Account profitability report funnelreport vendor engagement.
Knowledge:Domain / Sales:High level of IT solutions and products selling experience andexpertise. Understanding of business processes in major Industryverticals such as Manufacturing Pharma HiTech IT/ITES BFSIAutomotive and others.
CommunicationSkills:
Excellent Communications Skills Ability to understand andarticulate customer requirements Knowledge of local languagemandatory over and above good command over English and Hindi.
