    • Capable of handlingRecruitment and operations related to Payroll run ( CTC Break upStatutory Deductions/ Leave Management F & F Calculation etc)using technology and manually using Excel for large employee sizes.
    • Handled Life CycleManagement and all Administration Operational support starting fromOffer letter to Exit Formalities for employees / Contractors.
    • Statutory complianceknowledge and adherence related to CLRA Contract Staffing
    • Regularly update reportsto client/ SPOC of principal employer.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Excellent with MS Office skills Excel
    • Presentation skills preferred
    • Good people management skills TeamPlayer
    • ExcellentCommunication skills English mandatory
    • Willingness to Travel Vehicle mandatory
