- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
