- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping, to ensure smooth functioning of the resort.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff members across departments, ensuring adequate coverage and high standards of service.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high cleanliness standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and providing personalized service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage the resort's operational budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of resort facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, landscaping, and equipment, to ensure safety and functionality.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and sanitation standards, and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and functions hosted at the resort, including managing logistics, catering, and guest accommodations.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure quality products and services, and optimize pricing.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Hospitality Management: In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
