    1.

    PassengerAssistance:

    Greet passengers upon their arrival at the airport and provide awarm and welcoming atmosphere. Assistpassengers with checkin procedures security checks and boardingprocesses. Offer guidance and informationabout flight schedules gate changes baggage claim and otherrelevant airportservices.


    2.

    CustomerService:

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passengerinquiries concerns and complaints.

    Handledifficult or irate passengers with patience and professionalismresolving issues to the best of your ability or escalating tohigher authorities when necessary.

    Ensurethat passengers with special needs such as children elderlyindividuals or individuals with disabilities receive extraassistance asrequired.


    3.

    Lost and FoundAssistance:

    Assist passengers in locating lost baggage or personal items byliaising with the airport&lost and found department andcoordinating the retrievalprocess.


    4.VIP Services (ifapplicable):
    Provide special services to VIP passengers such as escorting themthrough arranging ground transportation and ensuring a seamlesstravelexperience.

    5.

    Appearance and Conduct:
    Maintain a professionalappearance and conduct yourself with courtesy and professionalismat alltimes.

    6.

    Shift Work:
    Shift Work including nights weekendsand holidays as airports operate around theclock.


    QualificationsandRequirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent (additional education orcertification in hospitality or tourism is aplus). Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Strong problemsolvingabilities. Ability to work in a fastpacedand highstress environment. Knowledge ofairport operations and procedures (training may beprovided). Customer service experience ispreferred. Multilingual skills are often anadvantage.
