About the internship:

Are you a legal enthusiast looking to kickstart your career in the field of law? Look no further Retranz Infolabs is seeking a dynamic law/legal intern with strong English proficiency (written and spoken) and MS Office skills to join our team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Legal documents: Work on ROC, Fund arrangement documents, SHA, and Venture debt, and conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and projects

2. Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, memos, and contracts

3. Work on MIS preparation and other compliances

4. Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and execute legal action plans

5. Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence for easy access

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Apr'24 and 31st May'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:

INR ₹ 15,000 /month
