    • This role involves working closely with the Director of Telesales in establishing the team and process required to achieve our CEO's global growth plan.

    This position will be demanding, requiring a problem solver who can resolve challenges while delivering on short to mid-term sales goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Drive growth by selling mid to high value technology solutions internationally.
    2. Build winning processes from the ground up to drive quality leads, build market intelligence, and identify opportunities.
    3. Meet targets on volume and value of potentials being nurtured into the sales funnel.
    4. Segment potential targets by region, value, and type, versus product opportunity.
    5. Add strategy and efficiency to all sales operations through data analysis and process refinement.

    Requirements

    • A successful background selling technology solutions internationally.
    • Experience in building processes that drive growth and identifying opportunities.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to run a motivated small team of Agents.

    We aim to expand our presence in the US, Australia/New Zealand, and the UK, focusing on franchises and independent businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strategic approach and be able to deliver results.
