In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. You will handle various business processes, including AR calling, voice process, non-voice process, and handling international BPO activities. This is a part-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with the opportunity for growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of international BPO processes and practices
• Familiarity with AR calling and voice/non-voice processes
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
• Assist clients with AR calling, voice process, and non-voice process activities
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Process orders, payments, and returns accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies
• Meet individual and team performance targets
