Continental Chef For fine dine restaurant- Madurai
Salary: 2 to 2.4 Lakhs Per Annum
Food and Accomodation will be provided if candidates from other district.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have excellent working expertise of minimum 2 years experience in a hotel or restaurant of good standards.
Food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be preferable.
Should be able to handle responsibilities and show eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
Must be friendly towards co-workers and be a team player
Long term association is preferred.
