Job Title: TikTok Commerce & Growth Lead
Location: Hyderabad - Onsite
Role & responsibilities
TikTok Channel Strategy & Growth: Define and execute TikTok growth strategy for
global audiences. Identify scalable content formats that drive conversions. Collaborate with
brand & creative teams to develop high-performing hooks and formats.
TikTok Shop Setup & Operations: Set up and manage the TikTok Shop seller account
end-to-end. Manage product listings, catalog structure, pricing, and compliance. Coordinate
with internal teams for fulfillment and operational alignment.
Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem: Recruit and onboard creators and affiliates. Build
scalable seeding and collaboration pipelines. Design commission structures and incentive
programs. Scale creator-driven revenue.
Paid Ads & Scaling: Launch and optimize TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, conversion
campaigns). Identify scaling levers across organic, affiliate, and paid channels. Maintain
CAC and ROAS targets. Allocate budgets effectively based on performance.
KPIs: TikTok Shop revenue contribution, new user acquisition from TikTok within CAC
targets, Creator activation & affiliate-driven sales share.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing TikTok as a growth or commerce channel
- Proven experience scaling a brand from scratch on TikTok
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop seller operations
- Experience working with creators, affiliates, and paid campaigns
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
- Experience in wellness, beauty, or consumer brands preferred
