    Job Summary

    The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the digital acquisition piece for in-house brands across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce performance marketing and experience with large-scale campaign planning and optimization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Determine areas of opportunity and design experiments to improve digital marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with product and design teams to develop growth strategies.
    • Lead and manage digital campaigns to achieve targeted results based on audience segments.
    • Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms like AdWords, Facebook Ads, Display, Video, and Re-marketing.

    Requirements

    • 5-8 years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing and handling large-scale campaign planning and optimization.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Technical skills required include Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Digital Media, Paid Media, and SEO.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong conceptual understanding and execution skills to direct implementation and analysis of SEO.
