    Supply Chain Manager, Vehicle Aftermarket

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain initiatives for the vehicle aftermarket business in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall supply chain performance for the vehicle aftermarket business in the SEA region.
    • Manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacities with sales unit leaders.
    • Collaborate with factory supply chain teams and manage the inventory planning team to implement best inventory management processes, optimizing net working capital and securing availability.
    • Design and implement effective storage solutions across various vehicle aftermarket warehouses in the SEA region to improve operational efficiency and space utilization.
    • Work with business leaders to establish appropriate customer service metrics and drive performance with customer service and logistics teams.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance in the supply chain.
    • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
    • Lead supply chain improvement projects, utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
    • Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies that align with VA organizational success.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven 10 years' experience in supply chain management, demonstrating a track record of innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and teamwork across various departments.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and performance monitoring, ensuring attention to detail and operational efficiency.
    • Supply chain certifications such as APICS are desirable, showcasing your commitment to professional development and industry standards.
    • Leadership and team management skills, with the courage to make bold decisions and drive performance.
    • Fluency in English, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the organization.
