    Position Overview:

    As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for Ad sales and bringing in Digital Advertising

    revenues from clients globally.

    You will be responsible for expanding our client base from prospecting to onboarding and also should be a

    representative for Verse in front of the clients helping enable trust and a presence to convince them to trust

    their marketing objectives with us. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills,

    and a proven track record in successfully selling online advertising solutions to international clients.

    This role will be based out of Bangalore and candidates should be flexible to work at certain time zones as per

    the market they are catering to.

    Responsibilities:

    International Lead Generation:

     Research and identify potential clients and advertisers in international markets.

     Utilize various tools and platforms to gather information on potential leads.

     Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential as advertising partners.

     Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline.

     Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

    Online sales

     Initiate outbound calls to key decision-makers within target companies.

     Present our online advertising solutions and effectively communicate their value.

     Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.

     Propose and sell digital advertising space tailored to the client's target audience.

     Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

     Overcome objections and build rapport to establish lasting relationships.

     Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Customer Relationship

     Build and nurture relationships with advertising clients through ongoing communication.

     Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

    Requirements:

     Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in online space selling or digital advertising sales.

     Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and trends.

     Excellent communication (Oral and written) and negotiation skills.

     Ability to prepare and make client decks/presentations

     Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

     Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

     Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay informed about online advertising

    innovations.

     Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
