    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Function as a Specialist Prog/Analyst within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team with expertise in REACT framework and developing interactive applications
    • Serve as a core member of development team to develop Analytics solutions for Global Medical based on business Priorities
    • Support and be responsible for a suite of technologies to build robust, secure and scalable integration capabilities and pipelines
    • Lead all aspects of development including design, requirements and scope define, manage timelines and communication with internal stakeholders, bring up risks, and post-launch maintenance
    • Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.
    • Work closely with other members of product team and participate in SCRUM ceremonies, work sessions, deliverable demos and functional testing.
    • Lead the technology ecosystem with expertise in development on platforms like REACT framework, Databricks Data Lake, Python, REACT, CI/CD, GitLab, AWS service and BI/Visualization tools like Tableau for driving Global Medical analytics.
    • Translate business and technological needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
    • Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, including technological risks, scientific validation, and closely work to get user acceptance testing with Business SME
    • Develop technical design and business documentations for end users
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Developing a deep understanding of the product and the customer experience
    • Talking to customers at pivotal points of the customer journey and distilling insights on what customers value most
    • Contribute to time-to-value by educating users on how to administer and use the
    • Solve inbound customer challenges quickly and always to the customer s satisfaction
    • Use data, AI and metrics to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Doctorate degree / Masters degree / Bachelors degree and 8 to 13 years of Information Systems experience.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting Data and Analytics Data Lake systems, analytics/reporting and metrics/visualization tools
    • Hands-on technical development experience in delivering Data and Analytics projects in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
    • Experience leading technology systems: Veeva CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS), AWS, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc
    • Knowledgeable of analytics and design Principals
    • SAFe Agile experienced
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience with Project management software including JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet
    • Experience managing between onshore/offshore development teams
    • Quick learner of existing and new AI/ML technologies and infrastructure
    • Experience operating in a regulated business environment and adhering to mandatory compliance requirements preferred
    • Pharmaceutical experience preferred

    Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):

    • SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
    • AWS Developer (preferred)
