    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day performance marketing activities, including campaign strategy, implementation, optimization, and analysis. The role is located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and experience in performance marketing, including digital advertising, social media advertising, Google Ads and analytics
    • Proven track record of driving ROI and achieving performance targets - Key KPIs you must have managed include RoAS campaigns and the a proven track record of being able to bring the CAC lower.
    • Ability to understand the consumer and create custom targeting with interests and search based queries
    • Experience with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
    • Understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and technology infrastructure
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills so you can present plans and manage pitches to clients
    • Ability to work independently and with a team and to enable managing multiple projects
    • Ability to use excel effeciently
    • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus
    • Experience in managing performance oriented digital ad campaigns is a must.
