    Job Description

    As a Lead Generation Specialist at INSIDEA, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, directly contributing to our growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads that will become the foundation of our sales efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of email marketing and outbound calling strategies

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to attract potential leads.
    • Craft personalized email sequences and templates that resonate with our target audience, ensuring high open and response rates.
    • Manage and segment email lists for targeted outreach, maintaining high data quality and GDPR compliance.
    • Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
    • Perform outbound calling activities, engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, share insights, and align on target markets and messaging.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, generating reports on key metrics to inform future strategies.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and lead generation to continuously improve our efforts.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

    Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or a similar role
    • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in lead generation
    • A proven track record in sales, lead generation
