    Role & responsibilities

    • Nourishing and Qualifying Inbound leads and effectively closing sales.
    • Reactivation of cold leads present in system.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and present relevant WillJini solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to achieve sales targets and meeting quota expectations.
    • 1+ years of successful sales experience
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Fluent in speaking Hindi & English
    • Proactive, highly motivated, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.

    Pay Grade

    • 3 to 5 Lakhs per Annum + Incentives

    Preferred Candidates would have:

    • Prior experience in business development or partnership roles.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
    • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
