    Responsibilities

    • Souring leads as per the target segment suggested by team leaders and as per Risk Bible.
    • Conduct meetings with new clients, convince them for one of the OXYZO product offerings, share financial data, and bring them into OXYZO evaluation process.
    • Collect relevant financial data from the client for OXYZO evaluation/underwriting process for a working capital limit.
    • Facilitation of Personal Discussion by Risk team members and the clients. Post the same, collect relevant financial data for the resolution of queries of the Risk team
    • Understand evaluation/underwriting methodology and philosophy from team leaders and Risk team members.
    • Drive commercial negotiation and ensure closure of the same with the client as per the sanction released by the Risk team.
    • Facilitate loan/limit agreement execution with the support of post sanction team while ensuring client support for the process.
    • Ensure smooth disbursement with support of the Disbursement processing team by collecting the required documents from the client
    • Maintaining a healthy client relationship and ensuring that all OXYZO due payments are received on or before respective due date.
    • Introducing the KAM (Key Account Management) team with the client for day to day client servicing
    • Effectively escalate and seek collections team support in case of 60-plus days overdue.
    • Build networks with other sales team members in relevant geographies and products.
    • Learn cutting-edge sales techniques and product innovations from peers globally. Also, contribute to product innovation or target segment expansion.

    Targets:

    • Annually: Net Asset Under Management (AUM) to be developed according to targets set by the management.
    • Quarterly & Monthly: AUM shall be divided proportionally as per the Annual target.
    • Accuracy: Effectively follow up for due payments as per the repayment schedule and ensure delays in the same are avoided.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate in a layman's language with clients and ensure smooth coordination with all teams internally.

    Qualifications

    • With more than 1 year of experience in client acquisition and dealing with businesses for secured/unsecured lending products or any corporate banking product
    • Willing to take ownership of the market in which he/she is operating and find new opportunities in terms clients/businesses for expansion in the market
    • Self motivated professionals with a learning attitude and looking for growth opportunities with a young and growing NBFC
