- Experience in automation into Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Jira Confluence, AWS, Azure, Linux and Windows systems
- Ability to translate manual workflow processes into automation processes using Ansible, Jenkins, shell, python, cron, APIs, postman, and other programming constructs
- Technical expertise in Linux and Windows system administration, OS and application patching, and software upgrades
- Technical expertise in Ansible and Jenkins, Python, shell and integration with APIs, Terraform and Cloudformation
- Technical expertise in AWS infrastructure and various services like EC2, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk deployment, ECS, Lambda
- Experience with DNS and CDN management
- Certification in AWS SysOps or DevOps is desired
- Willingness to 24x7 oncall standby duties, and/or duties beyond normal working hours
- Have the knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity concepts
