Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Planning: Assist in designing comprehensive teaching plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Classroom Management: Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach essential skills such as alphabet, numbers, personal, social, and emotional skills.
• Resource Utilization: Organize and utilize various learning materials and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Engagement Techniques: Use songs, stories, and games to motivate children to participate actively in the learning process.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate children's performance and progress regularly, identifying areas where they need extra support.
• Safety and Standards: Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or similar role.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of child development principles.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Creativity: Creative and artistic teaching abilities to engage children.
• Patience: Great amount of patience and flexibility to work with children of diverse backgrounds.
• Additional Qualifications: Additional teaching and/or educational license/Montessori certificate is highly valued.
