We are looking for ambitious motivated problem-solvers who can help us grow by identifying opportunities in the US/EU/ANZ region, create meaningful propositions and taking those to the market.     Here are a few things you will find yourself doing in this role

    • Solving business problems – Successful delivery is a skill, effective Solutioning is an art. As a Dynamics 365 NAV/BC Solution/Functional consultant, your understanding of various industries should equip you to for an effective assessment, spot gaps and envision solutions to create business value. The perceived result should be generating business opportunities for us while generating tangible business value for the prospects/customers.
    • Design propositions – Experts solve problems, genius lies in identifying and defining problems. If you are someone who loves in-depth analysis of market landscape, understands end-users and their context, crystalizes the problem statement of the prospects/customers and then design solutions that can be taken to the market, you have met the right challenge.
    • Craft solutions – We do not expect you to be a tech whizz, however, if you have the ability to understand the 'how' behind the 'what' is what we like. So, if you have a Dynamics Solution Architect's mind-set, you might fit right in. Based on understanding of the market/customer requirements, you would be creating solutions that delight end-users.
    • Onboarding accounts – As you might already have expertise in certain areas of Dynamics 365 NAV/BC, we would like you to put that to use. Acting as the Functional or Product expert, you would be engaging with the customers directly, setting up the necessary framework/processes and starting new accounts. The goal is to hand-over the account to the Engineering team within 60-90 days, who would run the show from thereon. Then, you repeat the same for the next client won.
    • Thought Leadership - There need to be ways to measure learning for it to be effective and complete. We think the best judge of that is the audience. As a Dynamics 365 expert, you would be generating engaging content. The goal is to get the relevant audience interested in those and get them to talk to us.

    If you are fixated on working in one niche and exploration of different business verticals isn't your game, the rest may not excite you.

    • Modules/Business Areas – Order | Purchasing | Inventory |Warehouse | Manufacturing & production | Financial | Service | HR | Project Management
    • Dynamics Proficiency – Customizations (Entities, Forms, fields, Workflows, rules etc.) | Configurations | Integrations | Data migration| Reporting and dashboarding.
    • Roles played – Solution designer, Business analyst, Functional expert, Implementation consultant, User training.
    • Past Initiatives – Ground-up Implementations, proposal creation, requirement gathering, UAT/Go Live & Maintenance.
    • Certifications: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate /Solutions Architect
