    Responsibilities:

    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
    • E nsure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and convey a cohesive and professional image.
    • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
    • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and competitive.
    • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including graphics, templates, and other resources.

    Requirements:

    • 6 Months - 2 years of experience in graphic design & Photography preferably in a similar industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design principles.
    • Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with graphics designing,motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator,After Effects, Premiere Pro).
    • Experience in a start-up or fast-growing company.
