    Job Overview

    Medily Prime Private Limited is seeking a Pharmacist Admin to join our team. As a Pharmacist Admin, you will be responsible for performing various order intake, review and processing tasks in a pharmacy setting. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
    • Registered Pharmacist with valid state license
    • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi and Gujarati will be a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Process prescriptions and share with partner pharmacies for fulfillment of medications accurately
    • Maintain proper records of all ordwrs and transactions
    • Follow up with partner pharmacies if the order is getting delayed
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate guidance
    • Assist in pharmacies on boarding and training
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
    • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and compliance.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
