- Helpin the preparation and design of all food and drinksmenus.

- Fill in for the Executive Chef inplanning and directing food preparation whennecessary.

- Order supplies to stock inventoryappropriately.

- 3 years of experience as aSous Chef
- Understanding of various cookingmethods ingredients equipment andprocedures
- Excellent record of kitchen andstaff management
- Accuracy and speed in handlingemergency situations and providingsolutions.
- Familiar with industry s bestpractices
- Working knowledge of various computersoftware programs (MS Office restaurant management softwarePOS)
- BS degree in Culinary science or relatedcertificate would be aplus.
