Description
Requirement:
Excellent communication skills in English. (Clarity & Understanding)
Minimum 8 years experience in any sales. (Realestate, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality,
or Any B2B Sales)
Minimum 4 years experience in team handling
Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Primary Responsibilities:
Team Lead
Conduct team reviews (daily)
Train, supervise, and guide the team to close transactions & improve their efficiency and
sales.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Handle Clients queries, build & maintain relationships & requirements of Commercial
property
Participate in Sell/Lease Real estate Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
Propose clients with different available option of properties
Conduct meetings and inspections with clients
Maintain & update data related to Clients and Properties on CRM
Timely Communication both Oral and Written to all stakeholders
Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their Reporting Manager
Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.
Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets

Saturday - 9:45am to 4:00pm
