    Principal Solution Architect

    Job Overview :


    We are looking for an experienced Principle Solution Architect (Java & JEE (Java Enterprise Edition), Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Domain Driven Design, SQL Server, Azure tech stack) to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs.


    The principal solution architect's responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement/development, and providing design documents and technical guidance to development teams.

    To be successful as a principal solution architect, you should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Gather required technology inputs, make required Assumptions, develop high level architecture and detailed technical design.
    • Finding the best tech solution among all possible solutions to solve existing business problems.
    • Evaluate new technologies and build POCs.
    • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, explore solution alternatives and help refine the solution
    • Work hands-on with the development team to prepare/review detailed technical design, do code reviews, ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high quality.
    Qualifications & Experience :


    • Principle Solutions Architect experience with Java & JEE, Spring /Spring Boot, SQL Server, Azure tech stack and Microsoft technologies
    • Should have experience in Domain Driven Design Principles, Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns, Data Modeling, Domain Modeling and various other patterns & principles in this context
    • Should have experiences with On-Premise/Data Center to Azure Migration projects, or any Green field (from ground zero up) project
    • Should have experience in building large scale, scalable, resilient and observable systems
    • Should have experience in building the Cloud Architecture for the solution.
    • Azure DevOps experience is must; Experience with Container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes/Azure Kubernetes/Docker would be must
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, is an absolute must. Must be able to document technical solutions very well.
    • At least a Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
