    Title - EVP- Systems & Technology


    Strategy and Planning⮚ Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of thecompany's technological development.⮚ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for in-house vs third partydev-ops in parallel and support of company growth⮚ Creating a project plan including resource plan and timeline to deliver thesolution (customizations, upgrades, migration, new products, new software,etc.)⮚ Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP⮚ Identify new areas of improving business efficiency with the use oftechnology and create plans to implement them⮚ Present technology strategy to the stakeholders or as required⮚ Analyzing technical and non-technical solutions to meet requirements⮚ Evaluating options against company requirements and recommending abest-fit solutionResearch and Implementation⮚ Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies andmakes determinations on the probability of implementation.⮚ Evaluate and Implement new systems and infrastructure⮚ Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developmentsCross Functional Interaction and Team management⮚ Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, as an advisorof technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.⮚ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements andadjustments to technology⮚ Help departments use technology profitably⮚ Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, directing, and evaluatingdepartmental staff.

    ⮚ Coordinating internal and external teams and dependencies to deliver asolution⮚ Coordinating with third-party providers to understand possible solutionsQuality Assurance⮚ Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics

    ⮚ Build quality assurance and data protection processes⮚ Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture⮚ Manage all IT support, System Software, Hardware & ProjectManagement of all technology projectsBudgeting⮚ Monitor IT budgets to assess technological performance


    Qualifications:
    ⮚ Education:
    UG –IT in BE / BCA, PG – IT / MCA /MS⮚

    Work Experience:
    years, at least 10+ year in handling Hardware,Software & Digital systems


    Other Requirements:
    ⮚ Prior consulting experience at top global firms with a proven track record ofimplementing technology for clients⮚ Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role⮚ Preferred from Fintech experience, managing Engineering, data warehouse & Product development.
