    Description

    Vulnerability Reporting Engineer

    Are you ready for a great opportunity to be part of a global team building a new Vulnerability

    Management Reporting service? CBTS is looking for a candidate to help develop, build, and

    maintain reporting solutions for vulnerability management. They will work alongside other

    engineers to ensure the highest levels of quality of these deliverables for our enterprise

    customer.

    Responsibilities

     Work with customer team to obtain direction for EVM reporting

     Work with the customer staff to Implement Qualys CSAM

     Develop SQL code for reports and data Ingestion programming

     Data visualization by developing dashboards In tableau, Qualys or similar technologies

     Attend daily standups to report status and assign backlog items

     Ensure process and operational documentation aligns with any development efforts

     Identify opportunities for improvement and automation

     Monitor daily metric status reports and act upon any actionable events

     Work across multiple teams to partner on both data source ingestions and issue resolution

     Create support tickets as necessary

     Communicate status to management and downstream teams as necessary

    Qualifications

     Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

     Strong background in SQL and SQL

     Experience with data visualization tools

     Background in cyber security methodology and controls

     Urge to drive continuous improvement

     Strong oral and written communication skills

     Strong interpersonal skills

    Job Descriptions

     Responsible for developing reporting solutions for enterprise vulnerability management

     Reporting will be needed for customer to understand risk of security, operations, and the

    business

     Prior experience implementing Qualys CSAM

     Prior experience in data analytics as it relates to vulnerability management and visualization platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI

     Create and maintain documentation

    Special consideration given to the ability to write Python scripts and use automation to perform tasks and develop those scripts in Github

    Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
