• An office boy is responsible for providing general support services in an office environment
• This may include making photocopies, distributing documents, answering and forwarding phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
• The office boy may also be responsible for maintaining office equipment, such as photocopiers and printers, and ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked
• Updating appointment calendars, creating travel vouchers, performing word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing
• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
